“Saraswati International School,Shrirampur”is an NGO working into literacy rural development for the farmers in the village of Bhairavnath nagar , Tal- Shrirampur, Dist- Ahmednagar, State- maharashtra.
We, at “Saraswati” empower the often-forgotten rural children who have limited educational facilities and as a result are involved in farming activities or domestic help at a very tender age. We break the cycle of illiteracy creating parents who have a value for education.

Academics.

Education at our school is combination of participation and interaction, which makes learning meaningful and enjoyable. Home assignments are not a carry over of class work but oriented towards enhancing individual talents. This includes suggested books for reading, physical and sports development, general knowledge, civic responsibilities, talent cultivation etc.

Play School & Pre-Primary Classes

Education is meant to prepare the citizens of tomorrow and these future citizens take up their careers under the guidance of learned teachers according to the aptitude and flair they possess. The students of nursery classes are educated in an informal way through play-way method, with the help of modern aids to develop their latent skills to help them bloom into self- reliant individuals.

Primary & Middle Classes

Formal education is introduced using the State Board syllabus. Art, craft, club activities, music, computers, dance are added in the curriculum. The main emphasis is to enable the child to express himself orally as well as in writing. The students are taught the whole aspects of life, most important facts are emphasised on and students are made to learn them before practising them. Practical training and demonstrations will be given in all possible areas and special attention will be given in identifying the talents of students.

Daily Boarding

The students availing Day Boarding option stay with the school after school hours. Here,they do all the class assignments and get engaged in more recreational and learning activities before they wind up for the day.

MR.VIRESH AMABADAS LABADE

We provide an affordable education system by using the “learn now pay later” schemes. In this scheme, we provide them all the basic infrastructure and school kits free of cost. Parents pay fees as and when they have money in hand ( wait time varies  from 2 days to 2 years too), as a result, children don’t drop out from schools due to financial issues.

Initiatives taken by school are : ‘Bal Bank’ to teach children about saving money and optimum utilization of money. Sponsored our sportsman in “Hapkido boxing” and received a Gold medal at international level, Smart Computer labs, Free education for girl students, Educational Training programs for mothers of pupils, teachers training, Sports and military training.

Full Boarding

The students availing full boarding option stay with the school throughout the entire 3 terms and visit their homes only during the vacations( summer, autumn and winter) SIS provides well balanced and nutritious vegetarian/ non vegetarian food for the students under the guidance of qualified dietician. SIS ensures that the students get palatabels, balanced, nutritious and wholesome vegetarian /non vegetarian diet. Teachers and wardens also dine with the students and personally look into each student’s food habits.Teachers and students also do serving by rotation, so as to create a family environment.

Medical Check-Up

All children of the school are subjected to regular medical check up to ensure optimum growth at all stages of childhood. All students will be under the supervision of an expert. A medical professional will monitor the students, advise and regulate the lifestyle such as exercise, diet, medicine and vitamins intake. We conduct regular camps for parents to make sure that everything goes smooth in the family environment tour.
